Do you come to my house?
Yes! We are mobile grooming, we bring the grooming process to you!
Do you service my area?
Our service areas are Denison, Sherman, Pottsboro, Howe, Van Alstyne, and Gunter Texas!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes, any cancellations within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee at the time of their next appointment.
Do you groom cats?
No, we currently do not have a cat groomer.
Do I need to be home for the entire service?
Yes, owner will need to be home for the entire length of the service.
Why is my dogs haircut more than mine?
Groomers attend to every aspect of your pet. Human hair stylists do not include nails, ear cleaning, full body bath and haircut, or trimming of the sanitary area in their services.
How long does the process take?
Many things play a factor when it comes to grooming such as size, hair type, behavior, quality of coat, etc. Every dog will be different.
Do you brush out mats?
No. We will not brush out mats if it is painful or stressful in any manner. Any large amount of mats will be shaved down to where pet is comfortable. In some cases, dogs can become severely matted to the point they need to go to the vet for grooming.
Why are your services more than stationary groomers?
Our mobile grooming service is a convenient and luxury service not only for your pet, but you as well! Your pet will get to have a one on one, calm, cage-free experience that we bring to your doorstep!
Do you offer just nail services?
We do not offer stand-alone nail services. Although, we do include nail clipping with every bath & brush or bath & haircut packages!
When is it best to have my puppy groomed for the 1st time?
We recommend introducing puppies to grooming as soon as possible. An introduction to grooming at a young age makes the grooming process easier for the puppy as they age. We do not service puppies younger than 8 weeks.
How do I make an appointment?
Call or send us a text! We will respond with what information we will need for an appointment, and get an appointment set up!

Do you need access to water and power?
No, we are fully self contained!
Am I allowed to watch/help during the groom?
No, we do not allow pet parents to watch or assist during the grooming process. Pet parent presence is an exciting distraction for many pets, causing pets to make excess movements or actions making it unsafe for the grooming process.
Do you groom large dogs?
We do attempt to service large dogs. We are unable to service dogs that exceed 75lbs.
Do you groom aggressive dogs?
No, we do not groom aggressive dogs. We recommend aggressive dogs to attend either a vet or a grooming salon with multiple groomers available.
Do you groom nervous dogs?
Yes, we be believe that many dogs actually benefit with the one-on-one, quiet mobile grooming environment.
Do you offer flea & tick baths?
Yes, we do offer flea & tick baths. We do not recommend the flea & tick soap if your dog does not have fleas or ticks. If we see any fleas or ticks during the service, we will use a flea & tick soap.
Can I use my own soap?
Yes, we can use a soap provided by pet parent as long as the soap is intended for dogs.
Do you have medicated soap?
No, we do not offer medicated shampoo. Although, we do offer sensitive skin shampoo & conditioner. Pet Parent should talk to their vet for medicated soap.
Do you offer deskunk bathes?
Yes, we do offer deskunk baths. We will need to know in advance if this is a service needed.
Do you express anal glands?
Yes, anal glands is an add-on service. We do not recommend this for all dogs, and to do it only when needed.
Do I have to stay on a schedule?
No, we do not force a recurring schedule. Although, we do STRONGLY recommend all haircut dogs to be grooming every 4-8 weeks.
Do you service multi-dog households?
Yes, we do service multi-dog households!
