Cancelation Policy

Barking Beauty Spawtique would greatly appriciate any cancellations to be made atleast 48 hours prior to the appointment time. We understand that events can occur unexpectedly, preventing you from making it to the appointment. Our appointments are scheduled back to back, making cancellations difficult to work around. By giving us a notice, it gives us an opportunity to provide a time slot for another pup!  

Any cancelations made within 48 hours of appointment will be charged $25 at the time  of the next appointment. 

Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged $50 at the time of the next appointment.

If a groomer arrives, and there is no one home to give your pup to the groomer at the beginning time of service, 100% of the appointment will need to be paid before the next appointment. Pet parents will have to pay a deposit prior to any future appointments.

Barking Beauty Spawtique takes safety very seriously. If at any point a groomer has to cancel the appointment due to aggression, behavior or health of the pet, you will be charged according to the amount of work completed. If nothing was completed, there will be a $50 slot charge. 

Pet parents are to be home during the entirety of their pet's appointment, unless personally discussed otherwise. 

Arrival windows are given so the groomer has a window of time to arrive. If given an arrival window, we ask that pet parents are home at the start time of the arrival window. This is to ensure the other appointments of the day stay on schedule. If pet parents are not home at the start of the arrival window and groomer arrives, it is considered a no-call no-show.

All payments are to be paid the day of service. Any invoices not paid by the end of the day will result in a $10 fee per day not paid. We accept cash, card, check, Venmo, and Cashapp.
